When It's a sunny day outside, what do you do? You put on a summer dress..yeah that's right!  You would think in LA I would be rocking this bad boy all the time but unfortunately my school is on top of a bluff and it's pretty chilly most of the time.  So this was a special occasion. I love summer dresses because they are fun, simple, and free...yea free is the word that comes to mind when I think of this dress!
